Product Description

DJL Blast Tunnel Freezer Quick Freezing Machine For Prawn Tunnel Super Freezer realizing individual quick freezing and preventing adhesion. It is mainly suitable for quick freezing of granules, flakes and blocky foods such as vegetables, fruits, fungi and seafood.

Food transportation: The SUS304 special food conveyor belt is equipped with variable frequency and variable speed motor, the transportation speed can be adjusted flexibly as per different products; Furthermore, the equipment is equipped with belt elastic automatic regulating device, to ensure the stable and long-term operation of food transportation belt.
Equipment maintenance: The equipment side is equipped with maintenance & cleaning gate to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of conveyor. The bottom of engine body is equipped with drainage outlet to drain water from the equipment. The whole equipment is long life, low consumable design, the easily-damaged parts can be replaced easily and rapidly with excellent maintainability.
